Dear You,
IM BACK! ;D
well, 2009 has been around for almost a month.
so far, Ive been enjoying it, & have been learning something new.
yah, the more i know, the more i know that i don't know.
it sounds weird(or maybe I'm the one who make it weird)
but, its true, knowledge/ education doesn't have it's limits.
the more we keep finding, searching for it, the more we'll have it.
keep leaning something new, even the slightest thing, you'll at least gain something.
(:
I've attended a entrepreneurship camp during the eve of chinese new year ,
which held at Sultan Mosque, 2 night 1 day stay (24 & 25)
this camp is
an initiative to help youths to effectively learn entrepreneurship skills
and
enabling youths to learn how to build up a business even the smallest product,
or even the tiniest thing to sell, the point is,
we learn how to start off and the basic thing to do of setting up business.we also had a talk from Abang Abu who taught us alot of tactics and steps
to get into business world, and of course, how to face those challenges and competition.
we actually tried out and feel how it really was in the actual situation,
whereby we've been grouped in 6 for each group, mixed up with people we just met,
and we had to discuss and communicate to give opinions about our upcoming stall.
from the group name to the logo to the cheer to product to the raw materials
to the decoration to the budget to the spending to the advertising to the layout
to the presentation to the challenges to the competition to the tiring us in the end of it.
Based on the concept of “you reap what you sow”,
as mentioned above,we'll be setting up a mini business for a bazaar at the end of the camp.
and at the same time, i really enjoyed myself throughout my presence there,
as i have to, cause I've decided to attend the camp instead of following my family to KL,
so yeah, I've no regrets for not following them. ( there's always next time to go there ;D)
i random have this kind of opportunity, so i have to grab it now!
besides the talks, the group discussion and presentation, i also had the chance to know
more and more friends from different schools, back grounds and experiences.
sometimes, we can looked perfect from outside, but behind it, we actually facing
and have been through lots of narrows and thicker times where we managed to go through and that makes us a stronger person and more confident to face the next day ahead.
i find each of them unique in their own way (:
oh ya, the best part was, we had our dinner at the rooftop.
not only dinner, but from our first meal of the day to the last meal,
but obviously, the night vision will be the most attraction throughout the day.
the wind to the stars to the moon to the lights of Singapore wheels, oh i love it!
there's also boring part, where we are not allowed to bring our wallets for the trip,
YAH, WE WENT TO MUSTAFA CENTRE WITH OUR EMPTY-HANDED =.=
who cares, if its only, MUSTAFA CENTRE, but there's still
alot of things
captured my eyes, such as Adidas perfume for only 9.90? body spray for only 15?
while the usual price i usually bought was 19.90? there's a huge difference okay! =.=
its killing me for just passing by without stopping, browsing, taking it and putting it
in the basket, cause no point if i were to do so, cause i have NO cash in hand. =.=
why i was so angry and frustrated? for your information, i have never been there for
like ages, the last time i went there when i was in p6? and moreover, that place will
never been in my list whenever i step out from my house, so that was my only chance
to be there yet, i cant even spend a single cent =.= okay enough of that, I'm getting pissed off.
oh yah, of course you guys wondering why on earth we were there. HAHAH!
one of our mission is to find the most gorgeous bangla for us to bring back,
okay, NO! we have to buy our raw materials, such as gloves, alloy trays and etc.
with budget for only $100! yah, HUNDRED DOLLARS ONLY! =.=
but my group only bought half of the stuffs needed, cause i volunteered to buy
the things at JB, since my parent often go there. And as when we convert
SG dollars to RM it will be doubled, hence we can spend more but within our budget.
this is all about business bebbb! ;Dooooooh, without realising, ive wrote a long post , while actually i have not even
reached the middle part of the story i intend to tell, HAHHAHA! so should i continue
or stop here. =.= i think i shall continue, cause i don't know when will be my next free time.
if you feel tired, just stop and continue it, on your next visit okay (:
we also had games session, for like almost all games ive played before,
except for the game named ' blanket game' where there's two groups separated
by a blanket(which is actually a canvas, as u can see below), and each group have
to sent a representative to be guessed and to guess. am i explaining the right thing here?

oh yaa, i feel like mentioning about my group, (about positives things la)
i have to admit that my group is one of the best group out of 7 groups,
we communicate well, we accepted and gave comment to each others opinions,
we motivated ourselves not to give up when we were left behind, cause on the 1st task,
we managed to be the first team to present our ideas and alhamdulillah, it is accepted,
so we can choose and buy the cheapest stall of all, so we did. and that became the main
reason we won the category of 'team with the highest turnover'
besides that, we co-operate well, our team member spirits is the highest, i supposed,
at the same time we know how to differentiate when to joke around and when to be serious.
i have to salute, Abdul Hanis, for being our laughing gas and also sources of ideas.
you gave us the strength and at the same time, release our stress and frustration.

there was one part, when we were busy discussing, there's two guy from Mediacorp
came and had a shooting there, (i was on Tv yesterday! ;)) AHHAHA!
and surprisingly, of all group, the cameraman was interested with our banner,
he wanted to record our presentation so we have to explain all over again ;D
when the clock stroke 5 sharp, its time to dismiss, before that, we had a prize giving session,
our group won the " team with the highest turnover"
and other groups also won other categories except for two groups, try again (:
soon after that, we went our separate ways, hoping to meet again on the Bazaaar itself.
